Arvinder’s extensive experience in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) equips him with a deep understanding of the intricacies and complexities of the disability sector. His expertise in navigating the NDIS framework, including plan management and support coordination, allows him to provide valuable guidance and support to our participants.

ABILASH RAVINDRAN 

Abilash is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Social Work and a remarkable 14 years of experience in the field of disability, social work, Case Management, Human Resources and Leadership roles. As our General & Operations Manager, Abilash plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and effectiveness of our organisation. 

With a strong foundation in Social Work, Abilash brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of individuals with different abilities. His extensive experience in the disability sector has provided him with valuable insights into complexities of supporting individuals with diverse abilities, and he remains committed to making a positive impact in their lives. His strong Leadership skills and strategic mindset enable him to develop and implement effective operational strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

DAVINDER KUMAR 

As an experienced Case Manager with a career spanning 12 years, Davinder Kumar brings a wealth of expertise in NDIS, case management, mental health, and forensic disability to our organization. With a passion for supporting individuals in need, Davinder plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being and progress of our clients.   With a strong background in case management, Davinder excels in providing personalized and holistic support to individuals facing complex challenges. His empathetic and client-cantered approach ensures that each person receives tailored care, advocacy, and access to the appropriate resources.

Davinder's expertise extends to mental health, allowing him to effectively support clients with mental health concerns, providing guidance, counselling, and linking them to appropriate mental health services.   Davinder's specialization in forensic disability further strengthens his ability to support individuals involved with the criminal justice system or facing complex legal circumstances. His knowledge in this area allows him to provide targeted and specialized assistance, working collaboratively with legal professionals, support networks, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

VAIBHAV SAVANT 

With 8 years of experience in the disability sector, Vaibhav Savant has built a strong foundation in NDIS and case management. Starting his career as a support worker, Vaibhav has gained extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of individuals with disabilities. 

Vaibhav's journey from a support worker to a Case Manager has provided him with valuable insights into all aspects of the disability sector. This unique perspective allows him to connect with clients on a personal level and deliver tailored support that addresses their individual goals and aspirations. 

As a dedicated Case Manager, Vaibhav is committed to working collaboratively with clients, their families, and support networks to develop person-cantered care plans. He takes a holistic approach, considering not only the immediate needs of clients but also their long-term goals and overall well-being.
